Yes. We provide year-round property care, adjusting services to meet the demands of each season. From winter weather monitoring to summer readiness and seasonal transitions, your home remains cared for in every condition. 


Visit frequency is based on your membership level and customized care plan. Some homes require weekly oversight, while others benefit from bi-weekly or monthly visits. We work with you to determine the schedule that best protects your property. 


A typical visit may include an interior and exterior inspection, cleaning services as scheduled, visual checks for maintenance concerns, and seasonal readiness tasks. After each visit, we provide clear communication and reporting, so you’re always informed. 


Yes. Guidepost Hospitality can arrange and oversee trusted professionals, including plumbers, electricians, painters, handymen, snow removal, and landscaping services. We manage scheduling, access, and quality oversight, so you don’t have to coordinate multiple vendors. 


We offer STR emergency guest services and will do handyman work in-house. We offer cleaning, oversight, and coordination. For specialized or licensed work, we partner with qualified local professionals and oversee their work to ensure it meets our standards.


Absolutely. Clear communication is a cornerstone of our service. Clients receive service updates, visit summaries, and notifications if issues are identified that require attention. 


Yes. Every home is different. We tailor services based on property size, location, occupancy, and your personal preferences. Memberships and service plans are fully customizable. 


Yes. We offer pre-arrival preparation to ensure your home is clean, comfortable, and ready for your stay and guests, as well as post-departure care to secure and maintain the property after you leave.
